A Day at the Park

With the weather getting warmer, Sutherlan and I have been trying to spend more time outside. She loves being outside and loves seeing her "friends". We've been to the park several times and I've taken some pictures that I just wanted to share with everyone.

Race Weekend

Last weekend, we headed to Birmingham for race weekend. As soon as Dylan got out of school on Friday, we got in the car and headed that way. Friday night, we went out to dinner with all of our family to celebrate Dylan's 7th birthday again since we didn't get to see family for his birthday. We went to TGI Friday's and had a really nice dinner (although the wait wasn't that great!)

Since Sutherlan and I don't go to the races, we headed back to my mom's house to stay for the weekend. It was really nice getting to visit with everyone since I feel like we don't get home very often any more, especially now that the kids are getting older. We also got a chance to see Aunt B and Uncle John's new house and we love it!! Can't wait for them to get moved in!! Sutherlan is waiting for her "sleepover".

Still Undefeated!

Hello! Just wanted to give everyone an update on our baseball season. We won another game Monday night...Yeah!!!!! It was a really close game and the score was only 3-2. We got very lucky with this one. The game ended in the fourth inning because of the time running out. Games are only 1 hr. 15 minutes unless the fifth inning has already started. Our next game will be this Saturday. Go Cardinals!

Go Cardinals!!

Baseball season is still in full swing. This year, Dylan moved up to the Mighty League and it is so exciting to watch! We are still undefeated and just won another game this morning (13-11). I absolutely LOVE going out to the ball field and watching him play. He has gotten so much better since his T-ball days. Also, I just love it when they announce the players when they come up to bat. GO CARDINALS!!

Also, Sutherlan loves cheering for "Bo Bo" and getting dirty. I don't think we have left a game this year that she hasn't had dirt from head to toe.

Dylan turns 7!

Can you believe my baby is 7! I can't and it is getting faster by the day. This year, we were so busy with baseball, etc. that I convinced Dylan to just have a few friends spend the night last Saturday night. What was I thinking, right? Three 7-year-old boys running around the house! It was actually a lot of fun. We ordered pizza and had cake and ice cream.

Because we didn't have a "party", we took him to Starcadia on his birthday. It was a lot of fun too. We played putt putt and I must say I killed the competition! Brandon said he was having an off night. Whatever! The boys rode the go karts and Dylan actually is tall enough now to ride the Junior go karts by himself!!! He looked so cute. I wish I had had my camera with me! We also went to Zaxby's to eat. That's what he wanted and Brandon and I were just glad he didn't say McAlister's (that's usually his favorite place to eat).

Also, KiKi and Pops came through here on their way to Atlanta Sunday and we went to eat at Cheddar's. So, Dylan got to celebrate THREE times for his birthday! He was happy!

It's been a while!

Hello everyone! It's been a while since we have posted anything because I've been having a hard time uploading pictures. Hopefully, that is over!! I have now caught up with the rest of the world and gone HIGH SPEED!!!! Wish me luck. Hopefully I can post more now, so please keep checking back.
